Barbacoa, Spanish rice and black beans. Topped with half red and half green sauce, pico de gallo and drizzled chipotle crema.

Three soft corn tortillas with a choice of marinated pork tenderloin, steak or chicken. Garnished with fresh green cabbage, cilantro, onions, grilled pineapple and tomatillo sauce. Served with refried beans and Spanish rice.

Two tortillas filled with seared garlic shrimp and fresh local Haddock, topped with green tomatillo salsa, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese and fresh avocado slices. Served with white rice and black beans.
